Bruce Manson

Principal Bruce Manson combines his hands-on experience in the construction industry, a Diploma in Architectural Technology, and years spent working for structural engineers to create drawings for homes that work.

“I’m not just creating a house plan for one person,” he explains. “It’s important to make sure everyone is on the same page – the builders, the engineers, HVAC, plumbing – bringing everyone together, to look at the potential issues ahead of time, and to mitigate those little issues that don’t otherwise become apparent until people are living in the home.”
